A group of citizens, the “IG Gimmelwald”, has commissioned a cost estimation of the entire renovation of the school building, which includes:
• the installation of two small apartments on the ground floor.
• the renovation of the existing apartment
• the installation of a new heating system
• the replacement of electrical installations
• a new covering of the roof
• the insulation of the interior walls on the ground floor and the upper floor
In addition to the school acquisition, the total cost estimate of this project is about 1.2 million Swiss francs.
